Heller lowers school record in 3200 at Geneva VanDeveer Invite

The Eagles made the best of a cold day after a tough week at the Geneva VanDeveer Invitational.  Julia Heller lowered her school record in the 3200 meter run (11:53.32) becoming the first Eagle to ever break 12 outdoors.  In the boys 3200m Luke O'Connor lowered his personal best by 4 seconds to run 9:27.47 while Kyle Maloney dropped his PR a half second to 9:40.05 finishing 2nd and 3rd respectively.  The boys frosh soph team 4x800 team of Cole Hamilton, Nicholas Mosqueda, Anthony Solis and Daryl Cordova won the relay off a blistering 2:05 leg from Anthony Solis.  Jamison Dale won the boys 800 in 1:58.44 while Bettine Gibbs came closer to the 2:30 barrier with a 2:30.98 clocking.
